We are excited to share the continuation and expansion of our career-focused initiative, Redhawks: Let’s Fly to the Future. This program is designed to prepare all of our high school students for life beyond graduation by offering mentorship, real-world insights, and hands-on experiences through the strength of our Redhawk community.
At the heart of this initiative are two programs that have already made a meaningful impact on our students: the Career Café and the Career Launch Program. These opportunities allow students to explore potential career paths, learn about educational and training requirements, and develop the skills needed to thrive in today's world.
